Senior Minister Molly Baskette explores the challenging parable of the distant landowner whose tenants abuse and kill his servants and son when they come to collect the harvest (Matthew 21:33-46). She explores the idea of a distant God, weaves in the challenges of our current day when we don’t really know how the story will end or what God has in store for us, and our own desire for revenge, which the story just doesn’t quite deliver. And then she suggests the best practice for times like these.
