Here’s a rundown of all the holy goodness we have in store to honor Holy Week!

Maundy Thursday (April 17): We’ll celebrate in house churches and at church with the choir—simple supper and footwashing liturgy in small groups, register via link here.
Good Friday (April 18): Join a joint service with several other UCC churches, hosted at First Church at 7 pm in the Sanctuary. Somber service focusing on the last words of Jesus, which echo today through injustice we can see and feel ourselves.
Holy Saturday Labyrinth Walk (April 19): This will likely be our last year of using our canvas labyrinth in the Hall of Entrance. Come anytime between 5 and 7 pm to walk the labyrinth in meditative quiet, accompanied by live music.

Easter Sunrise Service (April 20, 6 am): We’ll gather in the parking lot of Lawrence Hall of Science. Join a tender and intimate group in welcoming the good news of resurrection in song, story, and community. Bring a folding chair if standing for 45 minutes will be challenging for you. Coffee and donuts to follow in our traditional Easter sunrise “communion.” All ages very warmly encouraged!
Easter Festive Worship in our Sanctuary (10 am): Bring your friends and family to claim resurrection for yourself as we recommit to being people of new life and promise! Luncheon, egg hunt, and our famous chocolate fountain to follow! You’re invited to bring your favorite goodies to share for the chocolate fountain: washed & prepped strawberries, pineapple, bananas, or other fruit, marshmallows, graham crackers or pretzel sticks.
